FractalStudioLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Fractal Studio: Fitness mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience while using Fractal Studio: Fitness.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. No Server-Side Data Collection

Fractal Studio: Fitness is designed as a local-first application. We do not operate databases or backend servers that store your workout logs, history, or personal information.

All workout data, settings, volume calculations, and exercise logs are stored strictly locally on your device (using device local storage).
If you delete the App, your locally stored data will be deleted.

2. HealthKit & Health Connect Integration

Fractal Studio: Fitness allows you to integrate with Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) to:

Read your heart rate during workouts to estimate calorie burn.
Read your weight and height to populate app settings.
Write completed workouts and active energy burn to your health profile.

Health Data Privacy Rules:

No External Sharing: We do never upload, send, or transfer your HealthKit or health-related data to any third-party servers, advertisers, or external services.
Local Use Only: Your health data is read locally, processed in memory to display your heart rate zone and calculate calories, and written back to your device’s native health database.
Consent: You can grant or revoke access to HealthKit/Health Connect at any time via your device’s system settings.

3. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not collect any personal information. We do not knowingly collect or target information from children under the age of 13.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top.
