Fractal Studio: Fitness Terms of Use

By downloading or using Fractal Studio: Fitness, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Fractal Studio: Fitness is provided by Fractal Studios LLC for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription (Fractal Studio: Fitness Premium).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to purchases made through the App Store.

Not Medical Advice

Fractal Studio: Fitness is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical application. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fractal Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fractal Studio: Fitness.

Platform Terms

Your use of Fractal Studio: Fitness is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you obtained it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
